Return & Refund Policy
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days. All orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase for a full refund.
Please Note
- Damages caused by normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
- Most Solcryst items, if unused, can be returned in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are not included. Additional fees such as shipping and gift wrapping are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective items), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds & Exchanges
- If the item is in stock, once we receive the returned product, we will issue a refund or exchange.
- Exchanged items are no longer eligible for a refund.
- Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Return shipping labels are provided only for defective items within the policy period.
- Return shipping cost depends on product weight, your location, and the shipping method chosen.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us at . Our ultimate goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
Special Offer: Defective items purchased within 1 year with proof of purchase are eligible for a 50% off the same item via a special discount code.
To Complete a Return
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Do not return items to the address on the packaging.
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email if your refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 1 week.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you have not received your refund, contact us at support@solcryst.com.
Exchanges
- We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
- To exchange for the same item, email us at support@solcryst.com.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of the return.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver ordered it for themselves, we will refund the gift giver and inform them about your return.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If refunded, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, exchanged items may take varying time to reach you.
- You may use your own shipping method. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number.
- Keep the tracking number for your records. Solcryst is not responsible for items lost in transit via carriers without tracking.
